**Core Responsibilities**
PIC Support
- Support the team in extrusion activities such as - protein powder blending, flavor preparation, sample collection and packing, cleaning, evalution of HME, market products, flavor ordering and replenishment

Plant based Protein Application Support
- Application prototypes - PrimeLock, plant based meat, seafood
- Culinary prototypes - Chicken and Yeast based HME
- Other support - Sensory evaluation
- Cooking and heating bulk samples of PrimeLock prototypes and RTE/HME/TVP

Product Manager Support
- Support the manager in technical capability presentations, which are relevant to protein capability
- Building recipe cost calculations and innovation calendar rollouts

Plant based Market Products
- Support the team with product marketing by gaining an understanding ingredient and flavours in our APAC launches.

Academic Background
