Job Description

As a seasoned Flavour Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating innovative and unique flavour profiles that meet our clients' expectations.

This role involves working closely with the analytical department to develop new flavours and modify existing ones to meet specific customer, technological, or legal requirements.

You will also be responsible for managing key projects, conducting organoleptic evaluations, and collaborating with sales teams on customer visits and presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Developing unique flavour profiles and matching competitor products.
  • Modifying and perfecting existing flavour recipes.
  • Managing key internal and customer-led projects.
  • Conducting organoleptic evaluations of new raw materials and flavour creations.
  • Collaborating with sales teams on customer visits and presentations.
About the Team

You will report directly to the Head of Department and work within a talented team of flavourists and lab assistants.

The role is highly collaborative, requiring close co-operation with Product Management and Flavour Application departments on various projects.
