Love being in front of the camera but also have a knack for making things happen behind the scenes?

We're looking for a multi-talented, high-energy individual to be the face of our video content AND lead collaborations, livestream partnerships, and customer experience initiatives.

This is a mid-level role for someone who thrives on variety – one day you're hosting a TikTok live, the next you're negotiating with influencers, and the next you're mapping out a customer experience strategy that leaves people wowed.

Your Main Responsibility:

• Be the face and voice of our brand across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Host livestreams, product showcases, customer interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Bring personality, energy, and authenticity to every piece of content.

Talent & Livestream Partnerships

• Manage and coordinate external talents, livestream hosts, and influencer collaborations.
• Work with our in-house team and partners to deliver high-quality livestream shows.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators, agencies, and platforms.

Marketing & Campaign Support

• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, activations, and events.
• Support content production planning, social media posting, and promotional events.

Customer Experience

• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure brand interactions are memorable and consistent.
• Gather customer feedback from events, livestreams, and content to improve future initiatives.

You're Perfect For This Role If You:

• Have strong on-camera presence – engaging, confident, and relatable.
• Understand social media trends and what makes people stop scrolling.
• Have experience in livestreaming, influencer marketing, or talent management.
• Are a natural relationship builder who can work with multiple stakeholders.
• Love variety and can juggle creative hosting with operational execution.
• Are proactive, detail-oriented, and great at following through.
