**Role Summary**:
As a Content Creator at MINISTRY, you will create engaging, social-first content across multiple platforms for our key clients. As part of the social and content team, you will have the autonomy and creative freedom to ideate, create and produce content for our clients' social media accounts. You should have experience creating engaging social content and understand the unique characteristics of different social platforms to maximize engagement and reach.
It is a full-time role based in Singapore, with flexibility for work-from-home arrangements.
You will report to the Head of Creative at MINISTRY.
**What you will be doing**:
Social Media Strategy and Ideation
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with our clients' brand, tonality and personality across multiple platforms
- Plan and research content in line with the marketing calendar and the latest platform-specific trends
- Contribute to idea sessions for cross-platform content series, leveraging your knowledge of various social media platforms and their audiences
Content Creation
- Develop video and image concepts, filming original assets and editing for different social media platforms
- Adapt content to suit the unique requirements of each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create platform-appropriate content that aligns with current trends while maintaining brand identity
- Post and schedule content across multiple social platforms
Channel and Community Management
- Engage with online communities across platforms to drive organic growth
- Measure and analyze performance across different social channels
- Establish and share evolving best practices for each platform
- Optimize content strategy based on performance data and audience insights

**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Experience creating engaging content that performed well across multiple social platforms
- Experience in managing social media accounts (either personal or business accounts)
- Deep understanding of various social media ecosystems: platform-specific trends, features, best practices, and updates
- Superior verbal, written, copy editing and proofreading skills
- Familiar and versatile with native social media tools and content creation apps
- Proficient in photo and video editing software
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment while working effectively and collaboratively with team members
- Strong understanding of analytics and how to use data to inform content strategy
