Content Creator at Vigeo Personal Training

We are seeking a passionate and creative Content Creator to join our team at Vigeo Personal Training.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our coaches and leadership team to create engaging content that communicates our mission both internally and externally.

• Internal content : Highlighting our vision, building our operational playbook, and producing training resources for our coaches.
• External content : Crafting compelling stories for social media, newsletters, and messages that connect with our students and community.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and creative content creator who can bring our vision to life and help us inspire and empower more people through engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Management : Plan, create, and manage engaging photo, video, and written content.
• Research & Ideation : Identify industry and social media trends, and create content based on what is working in the market now.
• Filming & Photography : Capture high-quality content in-studio that showcases real stories and moments.
• Editing : Support post-production of videos, reels, shorts, and graphics.
• Distribution & Optimization : Schedule and publish content across platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), tailoring each piece for best practices, SEO, and platform algorithms.
• Engagement & Community : Write captions, reply to comments and DMs in a warm, brand-aligned voice, and use interactive tools like polls and Q&As to boost engagement.
• Campaigns : Develop and execute social media campaigns that resonate with our audience, from storytelling posts to viral short-form videos.
• Analytics & Iteration : Monitor and analyze performance data, identify what works, and refine strategies.
• Design & Branding : Create visually appealing reels, thumbnails, graphics, and promotional materials aligned with our brand guidelines.
• Other Projects : Support additional creative projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook).
• Familiarity with short-form video trends (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and professional storytelling styles (LinkedIn).
• Ability to repurpose content across platforms in different formats.
• Creative copywriting skills for captions, hooks, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar).
• A creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
• Bonus: Exposure to paid ads management (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager).
• Prior experience in content creation or marketing is a plus, but not required.
