Flavour Development Specialist

We are seeking a talented and innovative flavour development specialist to join our dynamic team.

With dedicated departments for analytics, product management, and application, we are committed to a structured, project-driven approach to developing winning flavour solutions for regional clientele.

About the Role

  • Developing unique flavour profiles and matching competitor products with the support of the analytical department.
  • Modifying and perfecting existing flavour recipes to meet specific customer, technological, or legal requirements.
  • Managing key internal and customer-led projects, driving innovation from concept to completion.
  • Conducting organoleptic evaluations of new raw materials and flavour creations.
  • Collaborating with sales teams on customer visits and presentations, providing expert technical support.
  • Ensuring a smooth transition from lab to factory by supporting initial production of new flavours.

About the Team

You will report directly to the Head of Department and work within a talented team of flavourists and lab assistants.

The role is highly collaborative, requiring close co-operation with Product Management and Flavour Application departments on various projects.

You will also be a key knowledge holder within the company, with opportunities to train other employees on flavour-related issues.
