**About the Role**
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced **AI Analytics SaaS Solution Sales **for a regional role with a primary focus on the Indonesian market. This critical position is central to their growth strategy, involving the sale and up-sale of their advanced data analytics and marketing solutions to a diverse range of clients.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling and up-selling our advanced data analytics and marketing solutions to a diverse range of clients. Starting as an individual contributor, you will establish and grow our business in Indonesia, transitioning into a leadership role to develop and manage a high-performing sales team. You will own and manage the entire sales process from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless client experience. Additionally, you will work closely with CMOs and other senior stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor their solutions to meet their business objectives. Your role will also involve providing direction and support and enhancing their market presence within the Indonesian business ecosystem through strategic relationship-building and engagement.
**Qualifications**:
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who is fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with mínimal supervision. You should have 7-10 years of enterprise solution sales experience, ideally with SaaS-based products in data analytics, DMP, or marketing systems. A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas as an individual contributor is essential, along with established senior-level client contacts in Indonesia. Exceptional communication skills are required to convey complex technical and business concepts to mid/senior management and C-level executives. Additionally, in-depth knowledge of data and AI product terminology, trends, and concepts would be advantageous.
