We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented SAAS Country Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As the SAAS Country Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in your assigned country. This is an individual contributor role with the potential to grow into a sales management position as the business expands. You will establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, drive new business acquisition, and promote the adoption of x0pa's talent acquisition solutions within the country.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned country to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments, and proactively generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, industry influencers, and strategic partners to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospects and customers.
- Manage the sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales revenue, providing regular updates and reports to the leadership team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
- Stay updated on the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of x0pa's talent acquisition solutions and effectively communicate them to customers.
- Represent x0pa at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and build a strong professional network.
- Continuously improve sales processes, methodologies, and best practices to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
