My client is a cloud business with multi CDN technology to provide the best reliability, performance, and security solution developed a SaaS platform driven by machine learning technology that can optimize websites and apps for the client globally.
**Your new role**
- You will be a Country Manager to drive the success of Singapore and other SEA countries' enterprise customers and manage their customer experience.
- Grow and maintaining the revenue as well as solve client’s business and technical problems.
- Meet with customers and trusted partners regularly to communicate and maintain a deep understanding of solutions.
- Communicate with internal teams to drive and improve the solutions and ensure a long-term customer success.
- Help Customers Maximize the ROI and succeed with their partners
- Develop trust relationships and provide strategic guidance to customers
- Own and responsible to design & optimize architecture diagrams best fit customers’ requirements.
- Help Your team and Company by example and follow the company’s agile framework, be a great practitioner, a great mentor, and an evangelist to promote company culture and value.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- 8+ years of work experience in Sales, customer success, account management, or customer-facing roles at the B2B Enterprise cloud, SAAS, PAAS or IAAS business.
- Proven track record as a quota-carry role for a minimum of 5+ years.
- Ability to communicate, identify and gather requirements from customers
