**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify and target new business opportunities for data analytics and cloud solutions across various industries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target companies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and tailor solutions to their business needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs related to revenue, pipeline, and customer satisfaction.
- **Solution Selling**:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of data analytics platforms, cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), and related services.
- Work closely with clients to understand their IT challenges and offer tailored cloud and analytics solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Present compelling value propositions through product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to design custom solutions and provide technical expertise during the sales process.
- **Account Management**:
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to maximize customer retention and identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and encourage future engagement.
- Track and manage sales pipeline through CRM tools, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:
- Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market trends.
- Collaborate with solution architects, engineers, and technical experts to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- **Industry Knowledge and Continuous Learning**:
- Stay updated with the latest trends, products, and technologies in data analytics and cloud services.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and training to maintain a competitive edge.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proven experience in IT sales, specifically in data analytics and cloud services.
- Strong technical understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Big Data, AI/ML).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and close complex sales cycles.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience selling to enterprise-level customers.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, and advanced analytics.
- Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
