**Your Impact Starts Here**:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition to join our team on a 1-year contract basis. The primary focus of this role is to support the recruitment volume of the University by delivering end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver end-to-end recruitment excellence through proactive stakeholder engagement and sourcing methods, ensuring accurate and timely hiring.
- Monitor and report on talent acquisition metrics on a weekly basis to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and Communications to develop innovative approaches to address talent acquisition challenges.
- Stay updated on the latest talent acquisition trends and best practices, sharing insights and suggesting new ideas for enhancing talent acquisition activities.
- Participate in University-wide activities as assigned in action plans and/or duty rosters, such as exam invigilation, orientation, and graduation.
- Support various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant talent acquisition work experience or HR functions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good understanding of HR policies, processes, and knowledge of HR legislation.
- Ability to multitask effectively and perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Application Tracking Systems and social network platforms would be advantageous.
