Office Assistant

Harmony Funeral Care is looking for dedicated and meticulous individuals to take up the role as an office assistant.
**Responsibilities**:
- Printing of notices and other collaterals
- Obtain needed permits for cremation bookings/ repatriation documents
- Inventory stock take
- Cleaning of offices and company’s inventories
- Creation of invoices and updating of payments
- Receipt recording
- Filing
- Updating of company’s calendar
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Basic Pay: SGD1,600 - SGD 2,200 onwards depending on experience

**Requirements**:
- Minimum requirement of GCE N Levels
- Meticulous
