The Office Assistant reports to the Office Administrator (OA) and is responsible for receptionist duties as well as providing administrative support to OA.

Location: Shenton Way

Duration: 2 years contract

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am -6pm

**Responsibilities**
- Perform frontline duties in handling customer enquiries and attending to walk-in visitors
- Answer all incoming calls and re-direct to appropriate staff
- Collect and distribute mail, coordinate courier pickups and deliveries, and maintain courier transactions in an organized manner
- Handle booking of meeting rooms for staff
- Perform administrative duties such as maintaining sufficient stationery and pantry supplies, liaise with vendors on office and equipment maintenance matters, source vendors for internal or external events, and handle travel bookings for staff.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the pantry area and meeting rooms
- Prepare refreshments for meetings as well as assist the OA with catering services during company events
- Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the Office Administrator
