The automotive industry is undergoing a major transformation since the invention of internal combustion engine nearly 150 years ago. Increasing level of autonomy and network connectivity has resulted in the demand of new generation in-vehicle networking technology using Automotive Ethernet.
Marvell is the global leader in the development of Automotive Ethernet products such as PHY and ethernet switch. When you join us, you get to work with a team of expert verification engineers who have successfully verified over 25 mass-production chips. You will assist in improving the quality of our chips to meet critical automotive requirements including functional safety, time sensitive networking, cybersecurity and traceability.
What You Can Expect
- Use latest tools and methodologies such as UVM to develop state of the art verification environment to verify the functionalities of automotive ethernet switches.
- Formulate and develop coverage-driven, constrained random tests to catch pre-silicon design bugs.
- Work with design engineers, verification architect to design test plan, coverage model and test suites to improve the quality of our chips to satisfy automotive customer requirements.
- Engage in development of new verification methodologies and continuous workflow improvement to achieve certification in functional safety.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related fields (such as Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Control and Automation) with coursework in digital logic design, coding, and networking.
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related fields with good results are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl, Python, Make.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- He or she must have curiosity in innovation/technology and keep up to date with latest technology development and latest business landscape of automotive ethernet.
- Flexible, proactive and outcome oriented.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as individual contributor as well as a team player.
