**Minimum Qualifications & Experience**
- Secondary school qualification and preferably a college or university certificate or a degree in a life science or business related field.
- At least 1 year of experience within the pharmaceutical industry and/or at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Must be willing to work part-time

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining the office space, furniture and fittings, and liaising with vendors to ensure that they are kept clean and in good repair
- Ensuring that the office IT equipment and systems are functioning effectively, and liaising with the IT Department and local vendors to address deficiencies
- Maintaining adequate office stationery and pantry supplies
- Providing administrative services to the Finance department, including banking and petty cash activities
- Providing administrative services to the Business Development department, including assistance with promotional materials, feasibility studies, budgets, and agreements
- Providing administrative support to the Clinical Operations department, including set-up and maintenance of project files, preparation of ethics and regulatory submissions, distribution and tracking of study information and supplies, and investigator meeting coordination
- Providing user support for electronic programs such as Novotech's Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), timesheet, human resources, and other business tools
- Organising training sessions and other meetings (including room and equipment set-up, and preparation of training materials, invitations, logs, agendas, and minutes as required)
- Providing administrative support to the Human Resources department, including advising on local policies and practices, preparing new employee welcome packs, and training of new staff
- Assisting with developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as office procedures and local SOPs
- Performing other duties as assigned.
