**Job Summary**:
As an Admin Support, the incumbent supports the work in relations to billing related matters and inventory migration to new system related at JOURNEY. In addition, to coordinate volunteers and contract workers’ work delegations at Fulfilment Centre.

**Principal Responsibilities and Duties**:
**A. Administrative Support**
- Reconcile month-end website and all other e-commerce platform sales income and submit to Finance.
- Issue invoices to corporate customers.
- Record sales income from all platforms.
- Make payment to artists and issue letters.
- Submit claims for centres and JOURNEY procurement.
- Procure for SpecialCrafts training materials.
- Procure for for Fulfilment Centre packaging needs.
- Record incoming inventory, create SKU code, barcode and all other necessary details into inventory management system.
- Migrate data into new inventory management system.
- Liaise with all 3 centres on adhoc packing works.

**B. Volunteer and Contract Workers Coordination**
- Brief and orientate new staff, contract workers and volunteers.
- Distribute works to contract workers and volunteers.
- Distribute works, guide and train special needs trainees working at Fulfilment Centre.

**C. Others**
- Maintain office cleanliness, hygiene and work safety.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Preferably to have at least GEC “A” Level or Diploma
- Basic skills in using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable and willing to learn
- Proactive, resourceful and organised
- Independent as well as a good team player
