Roles & Responsibilities
**The Role**

Attractive package and commission scheme
Defines strategies and implements action plans for growth of Leapfroglobal brands Retail and B2B business with assigned channel partners in Singapore.
Improve their quarterly performance through monitoring, supporting and developing assigned retail and channel partners including but not limited to NTUC, Giant, Harvey Norman, Mustafa, Best Denki, Challenger and Departmental stores.
Monitors weekly distributor inventory reports.
Work with Marketing, Logistics, Accounts departments to coordinate promotions and ensure clients are well serviced.

**In this role you will**:
Expand local market by strategically positioning Leapfrog products for the Retail, B2B Enterprise and Government sales channel
Front commercial and education opportunities, positioning Leapfrog brands as the to go peripheral provider to maximize productivity
Align with marketing priorities, to plan, execute & implement channel & sales strategies to meet pre-defined Ops Targets - Bring onboard and Maintain relationship with partners

**Key Qualifications**:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviours to our team:
Proven track record in successfully deliver sales growth and retail and corporate channel expansion that drive significant market share and sales result
Experienced in working with large product portfolio, need to know how to align with company vision and leverage and share best practices across other regions
Ability to identify opportunities within portfolio, and develop in house sales & opportunities plan for channel presentation
Strong communication skills, with ability to translate product features into business needs to customer
Proven experience in managing multiple channels, and demonstrable success in developing a growing weekly pipeline which leads to deal closure
Strong knowledge of Retail, Commercial, Education channels, in particular NTUC, Giant, Harvey Norman, Mustafa, Best Denki, Challenger and Departmental stores.
