**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a talented individual to join Aon Inpoint in Asia Pacific - based in Singapore - as a Manager / Director. The role will offer an opportunity to harness your extensive relationship management and client management skills, whilst working alongside a diverse and close-knit team. You will be working with a variety of clients that include some of the most influential individuals in the (re)insurance industry; playing a key role in helping to shape the future of their firms.

This role is broad and involves a large diversity of activities, focused on delivering outstanding value to clients. Responsibilities will span Client Management, leading client delivery teams, engaging across Aon more broadly to deliver meaningful value to clients, and utilizing Aon’s propriety data & analytics. This role will challenge you to understand your clients’ strategies and goals globally and in region and align the Aon and Inpoint propositions to this, allowing you to deliver and execute new and innovative strategies for clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and growing a portfolio of re/insurance clients across the APAC region
- Developing deep and sustainable relationships with C-Suite client executives and other critical team members
- Engaging with clients to identify their strategic needs and priorities and develop potential solutions
- Manage delivery of agreed services in line with associated metrics and scorecards
- Building and developing existing client relationships as well as proactively developing new relationships and business development opportunities
- Quickly and efficiently leveraging an extensive global network of Aon colleagues, best practices and assets to generate compelling insights, analytics and strategic solutions
- Managing, coaching and supporting client delivery teams
- Actively contributing to building high performing teams, fostering a culture of development and learning to nurture talent
- Managing colleagues and supporting successful development of their careers
- Contributing to Aon Inpoint brand development through industry relationship building, thought leadership, whitepapers, conferences and presentations

**About You**:

- Degree in a relevant area
- Min 7 years experience working in (re)insurance or financial service industry
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry (both local & global)
- Proven track record in large global / complex client management and relationship building
- Experienced in managing complex stakeholder networks across multiple time zones and geographies
- Strong presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Experienced at identifying growth opportunities and tailoring solutions to support
- Able to articulate the strategic view with detailed arguments and action plans
- Able to act with conviction and be a people-influencer with both C-suite leaders and operational teams
- People management and coaching - performance management and colleague development
- Demonstrates personal qualities of planning, resolving problems, collaboration, and commitment to personal development
