**Job Description**:

- Our internships are designed around different career opportunities. This programme is ideal for students who are in their penultimate year of university, but we also welcome first-year applicants.

**Programme highlights**
- As an intern, you will develop valuable professional skills and learn what it's like to work in a high-impact professional services organization. As part of your internship, you'll gain technical and practical business skills to help you succeed in the future and have opportunities to network with other team members, managers and leaders.

**Requirements**:

- We're looking for a diverse group of students with varying experiences, backgrounds and strengths to ensure we continue to offer the most innovative solutions to our clients.
- If you are at university and have a high level of commercial awareness, lots of ambition and an enthusiastic approach, we want to hear from you.

- Health is declining, costs are rising, and workers have vastly different needs and expectations of their employer benefits. Aon’s Health Solutions help companies improve employee health and wellbeing while managing costs.

Benefits & Advisory
- Conduct data analysis such as client employee census and benefits/non-insurance claims
- Prepare client report and insights
- Conduct data analysis, plan design big data including flex claims utilization
- Conduct market surveys
- Benefits Management
- Support consultants in health and benefits claims analytics
- Data collection for global benefits management
- Support consultant in benefits benchmarking exercise and design benefit programs across APAC (e.g. medical & risk insurances, employee perquisites and allowances, expatriate benefits)
- Client Servicing
- Preparation of renewal proposal including claims report
- Conduct claims analysis
- Handbook & communication deck preparation
- Prepare bench marking report
- Sales & Marketing
- Update sales decks and library
- Support on sales operations
- Modernizing marketing materials and brochures
- Help plan social media campaigns and content
- Support sales team members on dry runs and presentation
- 5. Voluntary Benefits
- Program implementation support to team members
- Transition of program to BAU, as per required phases across Communications, Wellbeing and Marketing streams
