**Innovation & Analytics**
Aon’s Centers for Innovation and Analytics in Dublin and Singapore are at the heart of delivering Aon’s Data & Analytic Services team’s mission to:
- Accelerate the rate of innovation through digital solutions to help better respond to clients’ evolving needs
- Provide foundational data and analytics capabilities in one place for 50,000 Aon colleagues and our global clients who use our risk and people solutions
- Established in 2012, there are over 150 colleagues in Singapore’s Centre today including actuaries, software developers, data scientists, financial analysts and accountants. We are expanding rapidly and looking for dedicated individuals who can leverage emerging technologies and collaborate across Aon’s solution lines to help clients and colleagues make better, data-driven decisions today and tomorrow.

**Affinity Analytics**
- Assist in data management, visualization and business analytic research to identify statistical relationships present in large and complex sets of data.
- Aggregate, combine, normalize and cleanse data from a variety of public and proprietary data sources
- Perform data exploration and analysis on data sets to develop and test working hypotheses and generate commercial insight
**Growth Operations Analytics**
- Data management and Model delivery (source data inputs, understand new datasets, address data quality challenges, analyze data, and derive meaningful insights)
- Support in project management of initiatives with a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure delivery of results within stipulated timelines
- Deliver value-added insights to support senior management in strategic decision-making
- Support in conceptualizing solutions, rolling out and testing products, and working with countries to ensure the solution is tailored.

**Health Solutions**
- Fulfilling tasks set out by supervisors
- Collaborate with the team
- Independently learn and pick up skills and knowledge on the job
**Wealth Solutions**
- Collaborate with investment analysts and product owners to process complex datasets (e.g., perform exploratory research, data transformation, aggregation etc.) and generate actionable insights to facilitate better decision making.
- Support the development and enhancement of Power BI dashboard solutions underlying the firm's global asset engine, including asset allocation and investment strategy, quantitative investment manager screens and proprietary operational due diligence model.
- Create codes using Python/R/Excel VBA to streamline existing data and business processes.
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned relating to data & analytics.
