**People Consulting & Advisory Track**:
In this graduate programme, you will be exposed to all aspects of our business through four job rotations (6-month cycle) across different business areas in Human Capital Solutions, Health Solutions and Wealth Solutions.
Our Human Capital Solutions focuses and accelerate workforce transformation efforts by providing business leaders with the market-leading data, analytics and advice they need. A new era of workforce transformation, accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic, is upon us. How we work, where we work and what we expect from work are in flux. While this dynamic presents companies with acute challenges and very difficult long-term choices, business leaders also possess a rare opportunity to fully reimagine their workforce strategies.
**Aon’s Human Capital Solutions** focuses and accelerate workforce transformation efforts by providing business leaders with the market-leading data, analytics and advice they need. In your Human Capital Solutions rotation, you will be part of a team representing Aon in front of clients while working collaboratively across specialised areas spanning data, research and advisory. You will be part of teams that work with clients’ across industries to tailor their rewards strategy to address compensation and performance issues. Typical projects would include recommending pay levels, designing cash bonus and equity plans, proposing key performance indicators and associated targets. The teams also works with clients to address manpower planning, organizational effectiveness and governance-related issues. You will have the opportunity to support wider Aon initiatives to boot innovation and cross collaboration within our team and regionally.
**Aon’s Health Solutions** help companies improve employee health and wellbeing while managing costs.
As we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic, the health and wellbeing of employees is top of mind for employers, with many looking for ways to enhance their benefits programmes. With inflation and rising costs, employers are faced with the challenge of balancing those costs and employee wellbeing.
In your Health Solutions rotation, you will be part of teams that delivers leading benefit analytics solutions to multinational clients. You will have opportunities to develop and deliver these solutions based on medical claims and other health & wellness data to key clients and be exposed to benchmark and design benefit programmes across APAC using data and evidence-based approach (e.g. medical & risk insurances, employee perquisites and allowances, expatriate benefits).
**Aon’s Wealth Solutions** help employers, fiduciaries and investment officers optimize results and provide a more secure future for their stakeholders. In your Wealth solutions rotation, you will be part of a team that develops innovative solutions for the challenges surrounding current design for Health, Retirement, Savings, Investments, Benefits and Financial Wellbeing for our clients. You will have opportunities to work with the team on quantitative analysis such as performance data, peer group analysis, regression analysis, summary views, portfolio holdings analysis and research ratings.
**Your Development**:
- As an Aon Graduate, you will be enrolled onto our Launch Programme when you join. This development programme is built around 3 core elements:
**Business Learning - **on the job learning and experiences giving you the opportunity to develop your knowledge and understanding of the team and Graduate Track you have joined
**Centralised Learning - **Graduates complete an Aon Induction, webinars, business skills training and workshops; all designed to help you develop your knowledge of Aon, build your confidence and your network across our business
**Professional Qualifications - **we want you to be as successful as possible, so we’ll fully support your study towards the attainment of industry qualifications/certificates. You will identify the qualification/certificate you wish to pursue together with your career mentor, and we will support you with course fees, course materials and paid study leave.
