**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
Demonstrating a track record of success, you will be curious, keen to learn and eager to challenge the status-quo with fact-based recommendations.
- 7-10 years of experience working in (re)insurance or financial services strategic consulting.
- Graduate degree in finance, business or the equivalent
- Proven track record and experience in delivering consulting/advisory services to clients, ideally in Financial Services sector, and managing teams to deliver complex projects
- Strong relationship building and client service skills
- Able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experienced in managing stakeholder networks across multiple time zones and geographies
- Effective interpersonal skills - team leadership, relationship building, communication
- Demonstrable a track record of success, you will be curious, keen to learn, have a passion for data-led insights, and able to develop simple solutions to complex problems
- People management and coaching - performance management and colleague development
- Demonstrates personal qualities of planning, resolving problems, collaboration, and commitment to personal development
- Broad business acumen
- Willing to travel internationally as required to manage clients and projects
