**Responsibilities would include**:

- Part of a core engagement team working on a CXO level strategy agenda - projects range from market entry strategy, growth / turnaround strategy, go-to-market strategy, commercial due diligence etc.
- Partner with C-suite / senior stakeholders of MNCs and provide pragmatic advice that generate real business impact for the clients
- Manage the day-to-day execution of the mandated projects and take ownership of the deliverables, prepare analysis and structure the presentation to deliver to clients
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 2-8 years of strategic / management consulting experience in a consulting firm (current / previous)
- Advantageous: Expertise in key sectors eg. FMCG, consumer goods, retail, automotive, chemicals, industrials
- Mandatory: Growth Strategy / Go-to-market / CDD / Strategy consulting experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem solving skills
- Good stakeholder management
- Take initiative and resolve problems in an innovative manner
- Strong project management skills and commitment to deliver good quality work
