We are looking for a Strategy Consultant(s) to join our team in the UK and Singapore.

**Experience**
- 5+ years of strategy consulting experience or equivalent with strong track record in commercial due diligence and growth strategy working in a leading consulting organisation within the Financial Services, Telco or Transport / Shipping / Logistics sector.
- Experience in strategy development work that ensures alignment between customer business requirements and technology, translating to roadmaps that drive the transformation journey for complex opportunities.
- Comfortable to lead CxO level discussion to influence stakeholder decisions that achieve the desired outcome.
- People and leadership skills, including cross-functional collaboration, team management and people development & coaching.
- Potentially have led business development of consulting activities - identify, develop, and closing of opportunities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical ability to shape business agendas and define strategic roadmaps.
- Demonstrates thought leadership in area of expertise by writing white papers and presenting to internal and external audiences.
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.

**Held to account for**:

- Contributes to the delivery of consulting services in area of expertise - with the aim of pulling through the sales of wider Alumni Services portfolio.
- Ensures quality and timely delivery of complex consulting projects - managing consulting revenues, costs, profitability and pull-through.
- Participation and opportunity to lead business development of consulting activities - Identifies opportunities, develops best-in-class proposals, and drives opportunities to closure.
- Represents Alumni Services as a trusted advisor to the customer board level / CxO. Helps account teams identify customer´s business strategy - and its impact on IT strategy.

**Qualifications **(preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree (business, IT or engineering) or equivalent
- Post-graduate or Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is a must
