**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a talented individual to join Aon Inpoint in Asia Pacific - based in Singapore - as a Manager. The role will offer an opportunity to harness your strategic insurance consulting expertise and relationship management skills, whilst working alongside a diverse and close-knit team. You will be working with a variety of clients that include some of the most influential individuals in the (re)insurance industry; playing a key role in helping to shape the future of their firms.

This role is broad and involves a large diversity of activities, involving scoping and leading project work, managing project delivery teams, managing key strategic clients, and using Aon’s proprietary data to deliver meaningful insights to clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engaging with clients to identify their strategic needs and priorities and develop potential solutions
- Overseeing and delivering multiple projects and strategic initiatives within agreed timeframes and to budget
- Developing deep and sustainable relationships with C-Suite client executives and other critical team members
- Contributing to business development activities and collaborating with colleagues in the identification and creation of new sales opportunities
- Quickly and efficiently leveraging an extensive global network of Aon colleagues, best practices and assets to generate compelling insights, analytics and strategic solutions
- Actively contributing to building high performing teams, fostering a culture of development and learning to nurture talent
- Coaching, mentoring and developing team members in key consulting tools, methodologies and best practices
- Managing colleagues and supporting successful development of their careers
- Contributing to Aon Inpoint brand development through industry relationship building, thought leadership, whitepapers, conferences and presentations
- Taking responsibility for building and managing core business functions and capabilities
**Requirements**:

- 7-10 years of experience working in (re)insurance or financial services, or/and management consulting.
Proven track record and experience in delivering consulting/advisory services to clients, ideally in Financial Services sector, and managing teams to deliver complex projects
- Strong relationship building and client service skills
- Able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experienced in managing stakeholder networks across multiple time zones and geographiesEffective interpersonal skills - team leadership, relationship building, communicationDemonstrable a track record of success, you will be curious, keen to learn, have a passion for data-led insights, and able to develop simple solutions to complex problems
- People management and coaching - performance management and colleague development
- Demonstrates personal qualities of planning, resolving problems, collaboration, and commitment to personal development
- Broad business acumen
Willing to travel internationally as required to manage clients and projects
