Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) is looking for an Assistant Manager who is resourceful, thrives in complexity and works well in a team.
Multiple Mini Interviews (Admissions Interviews)- Assist to plan and organise the MMI, including scheduling of interview appointments-
- Logistics and events support during the admissions interviews
Recruitment of students during admissions phase- Assist in managing the offer and acceptance numbers- Support admissions meetings
Support for Outreach Activities- Participate in NTU Open House and LKCMedicine outreach events
Electives- Manage administration of incoming and outgoing student elective programmes- Work with Elective leads to facilitate overseas placement for students- Oversee the elective risk management process in compliance with NTU student travel policy- Liaise with overseas Institutions to facilitate successful outbound placements- Work closely with Education Development Office of local hospitals for successful inbound placements- Plan and administer Elective evenings
Scholarly Projects- Support Scholarly Projects
Policies, Systems and Procedures- Keep up to date with NTU student travel policy- Initiate the digitalisation of elective processes- Document and update elective Standard Operating Procedure- Handle internal audits, where applicable
**Requirements**:
- A recognised degree in Business Management or other relevant discipline, with at least 5 years relevant experience in education administration.- Passion and experience in running large scale assessment/admissions interviews.- A positive attitude and the ability to flex between different portfolios are necessary to succeed in this role.- Excellent quantitative analysis using Microsoft excel.- A confident speaker who writes fluently.
This is a 3 years contract appointment.
