Senior Assistant Manager, Graduate Programmes

The Senior Assistant Manager, Graduate Programmes will manage the daily operations of the school’s PhD programme in the areas of student recruitment, curriculum planning, assessment, student life, graduation, and alumni management. This role reports to Deputy Director, Graduate Programmes and supports Director, PhD programme.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage admissions workflow through collaboration with NTU and internal stakeholders- Manage student recruitment and organise outreach events to recruit quality students with diverse backgrounds- Contribute to development of media strategy-
- Maintain and update student database- Provide secretariat support for meetings and townhalls- Assume key point of contact for the Graduate Students’ Club- Support Assistant Dean (Student Wellbeing) to run a comprehensive and holistic Graduate Tutor programme- Strategise and plan alumni engagement activities- Develop and maintain alumni database to ensure continued alumni support and contributions to the School- Provide inputs for programme budget projections- Monitor and track student expenditures
**Requirements**:
- A recognised degree, with at least 5 years relevant work experience- Knowledge of policies and processes covering admissions, curriculum, student progress, and assessments- At least 3 years’ experience in tertiary education management- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office apps, especially Excel- A positive attitude, an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task
This is a 3 years contract appointment.
