Manager, Graduate Programmes

The Manager will support the Graduate Programmes Office in the development, design, delivery, performance monitoring and review of Postgraduate Coursework (PGC) programmes and Continuing Education and Training (CET) programmes, in collaboration with other key staff, external and internal stakeholders. The individual will also contribute as part of a wider team that administers postgraduate coursework and research (PhD) programmes, in particular, the Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine and Sports Medicine Theory Course.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage admissions workflow through collaboration with NTU and internal stakeholders - arrange interviews, prepare interview files, set up and host video conferencing (zoom) interviews, consolidate interview scores- Contribute to the development of media strategy aimed at attracting and recruiting students to the School- Coordinate with education offices of partner healthcare institutions to organise clinical attachments for PGC students- Arrange and manage the logistics for continual assessments and examinations- Serve as the key point of contact for postgraduate coursework students, providing essential support and guidance on all programme-related matters- Provide administrative leadership for review and renewal of course material- Monitor programmes’ revenue and expenses. Write financial reports to provide insights and analysis of financial performance of the programmes- Draft proposed budgets for new programmes and assess financial viability to support strategic decision-making- Secretariat for advisory boards of postgraduate programmes- Play a crucial role in supervising and mentoring two junior team members, overseeing their day-to-day work deliverables and supporting their career/professional development within the School
**Requirements**:
- A recognised degree, with at least 5 years relevant experience- Knowledge of financial projections, income and expenditure mapping- Experience in education administration and operations will be a plus- A positive attitude, an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task
This is a 3 years contract appointment.
