**The Position**

**Responsibilities**

The duties of an **Executive, Scientific Programs for ILSI Southeast Asia Region **, include (but are not restricted to) the following:

- Responsible for and/or shall provide support for the development, coordination, facilitation and implementation of ILSI Southeast Asia Region’s (the Entity’s) scientific activities, programs and outputs.
- Contribute to the development of content and management of the Entity’s activities relating to dissemination of scientific information and general communications.
- Provide support in coordinating and executing the Entity’s communications and interactions with its key stakeholders and network, including ILSI SEA Region’s members, its Board of Directors, Scientific Directors and Scientific Advisors, as well as its scientific partners and collaborators, government and international organizations, and other ILSI entities.

**Requirements**:

- At least a Bachelor Degree in Food Science and Nutrition/Dietetics or related fields
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in nutrition, health or food industry
- Ability to work as a team as well as independently to produce work of high quality and standards, and deliver such work on time.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders and audiences from diverse fields, industries and geographical / cultural backgrounds, in the course of carrying out his/her role and responsibilities.
- Ability to set priorities, analyze problems, formulate clear and effective solutions and coordinate a number of tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to assess, adapt and optimize the availability of existing resources (human, financial, technical etc), and to take initiative in sourcing for and securing additional resources to maximize output and outcomes of given responsibilities and tasks.
- Ability to thrive in a positive and dynamic work culture, and contribute as a valuable and productive member of the team.
