The Department of Statistics and Data Science is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our growing and vibrant administrative team. The department was established in 1998 and has been one of the top departments in Statistics in Asia for many years. Our mission is to advance research and train students and working adults in the areas of Statistics and Data Science to prepare and upskill them for jobs in academia, government and industry.

In this role, your main responsibility is to manage undergraduate-related tasks such as curriculum planning, class timetable organization, course registration, and examination administration. Proficiency in handling various IT systems is important. Additionally, you will support the department with other tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Service oriented with ability to multi-task and undertake challenges
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Meticulous and has a positive work attitude
