Singapore St. Hilda's Community Services Centre Full time

1. Conceptualise, organize, schedule, promote and execute events and programs for the elderly residents in the community.

2. Conduct daily activities & oversee external providers and volunteers.

3. Conduct regular needs assessments to keep abreast of emerging trends for the elderly and the vulnerable in the community.

4. Organize, promote and participate in festival and community events.

5. Network with other community organizations, sponsors, event providers, Board members and volunteers to facilitate the organization, planning, promotion and execution of events and activities.

6. Manage publicity and promotion of the organisation programs in the community.

7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs on the wellbeing of the clients. Submit periodic reports to the Board.

8. Develop and manage annual events/activities calendar.

9. Propose the overall budget for programs and the amount allocated to each program, including working with other government funding agencies.
