Our client is an established MNC and they are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join them in this exciting role in the Genetic Sciences Group department. As the department’s Senior Sales Manager, you will be accountable for revenue growth of the business by overseeing and working with their key accounts and channel partners while also identifying new business opportunities for continuous growth.

You will also be responsible for new products and the ongoing training of the team and channel partners, as well as opening new market development across SEA and Taiwan. Managing a team of 6 across Singapore and Taiwan, you will work very closely with the broader functional teams, as well as Management, to leverage and develop key partners and customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic and operational sales plan to meet the business goals including expansion of market share.
- Manage, motivate and develop a team of sales professionals into a high performing sales team.
- Develop and implement innovative distribution opportunities and improvements for the territory.
- Manage the channel partner relationships and drive channel mindshare and engagement to meet the indirect channel objectives.
- Coordinate actively across different functional teams (eg Marketing, Technical Support, Field Applications and Commercial Operations) to ensure maximum market segment penetration within the territory and enhance our customer allegiance.
- Responsible for New Business/ Market Development for technology using genetic sciences via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing.
- Analyses the sales activities, sales projects and key performance indicators of the territory and takes appropriate actions to steer the business to plan and beyond.
- Accurately forecast sales revenue
- Own and Build relationships with channel partners, key accounts and Key Opinion Leaders in the life science, hospital and biotechnology industry.
- Enhance our brand and customer loyalty with strategic marketing plans including digital marketing, organization of conferences and workshops, ongoing going key customer communication regarding our capabilities, etc.
- Keep abreast of market intelligence including trends, competitors and key accounts developments.
- Develop the team on key commercial competencies to enable their career development and growth
