Working as part of the new and expanding Global Supplier Quality team, you will be part of the global quality productization team in Singapore manage cross functional product transition programs between engineering, manufacturing and business units covering early engagements with internal Eng teams, suppliers to later life cycle phases product maturity processes aspects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project Manage high volume semiconductor equipment systems covering supply chain qualifications to mfg/DFx and test methods cross functional processes development and execution to enable quality deliverables to our end customers.
- Facilitate project teams and assess & mitigate program risks throughout the project life-cycle.
- Control and monitor program execution via schedule tracking and reporting. This includes evaluating program metrics and providing corrective action and mitigation during the project life-cycle.
- Status internal customers whether projects are tracking to commit date.
- Contribute and present global product production status meetings.
- Lead multiple projects and interface executive levels of the organization.
- Setup build plans and evaluate constraints
- Participate in forecast, product development and shipments schedules and material requirements reviews.
- Participate and lead special projects for continuous improvement.
- Other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- MinImum Bachelor/ME/PhD in material science, mechanical/electrical/industrial Eng; MBA is plus
- Experience in program management or engineering project leadership of configurable products from the conceptual stage through to production for a global market.
- Minimum 10 years of semiconductor, manufacturing eng experience, quality and supply chain management.
- Manufacturing Eng, supplier quality, supply chain management and Project Management Experience
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong project management and analytical skills;
- Preferred SAP Experience.
- Strong negotiations skills and interrelationship global communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities to exercise influence both throughout the organization and with external parties
- Demonstrated ability working with mínimal supervision and exercising judgment
- Positive, energetic attitude and initiative, strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a team environment, and leverage additional resources as needed
