Singapore LOVE, NILS LTD. Full time

LOVE, NILS is seeking a Program Manager to successfully coordinate programs that provide psychosocial support to children with cancer and their families. The Program Manager will work collaboratively to implement and maintain the quality of LOVE NILS’ programs. This role will liaise directly with beneficiaries regarding program enrollment, manage program logistics, collect and maintain program data, and ensure successful program delivery. This role reports directly to the Program Director.
- Lead program implementation and manage all program logistics, including special events
- Establish positive, collaborative working relationships with stakeholders
- Monitor program operations for quality, efficiency and effectiveness; ensure KPIs are being met
- Collect program impact data
- Utilize CRM to collect and maintain data and to facilitate communication
- Manage program expenditures; contribute to budgets and forecasting
- Work with Marketing Dept to develop collateral & promotional materials
- Assist in the creation of funding proposals
- Communicate directly with beneficiaries in a sensitive, positive and supportive manner
- Work with the Program Director to refine and implement beneficiary recruitment and onboarding process
- Work with the Community Outreach Manager on volunteer and community initiatives
- Serve as an Ambassador for LOVE, NILS
- Work with Program Director to identify & evaluate new program opportunities
- Other duties, as needed

TECHNICAL
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 2+ years equivalent experience in Program Management or related field, and/or Experience leading/supervising a team.
- Previous experience working or volunteering in not-for-profit or philanthropic organisations
- Data entry and IT skills; CRM experience

CORE
- Excellent communications skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work well with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects at once
- Ability to work occasional weekends and evenings
- Up-to-date Vaccination records as per LOVE, NILS Policy
