We are looking for a Programs Manager to join our client's Content Partnerships team - specific to News Partnerships.
**About the role**:
The Program Manager will support skills-based external trainings and programs at scale across APAC, and support global expansion.
These training programs are for individual journalists and content creators and aim to advance their knowledge in digital journalism, online safety, security and more.
The Programs Manager will support ideation and strategy, execution in collaboration with local teams, distribution of the programs and be responsible for tracking metrics to measure the success of and impact of programs.
A strong, independent Program / Project Manager with hands-on experience building and executing online education programmes, managing partners and tracking performance of online learning initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the planning and execution of digital training programs for Journalism Project in APAC.
- Project manage the various elements of programs - from budgets, to contracts, timelines and timely updates / communications to internal and external stakeholders.
- Autonomously manage team task tracking - working to communicate effectively with the wider team to gather updates and prompt team members to complete tasks.
- Track the performance and key metrics of the programs, promptly escalating any issues or concerns.
- Support the ideating, planning and execution of digital campaigns (earned, owned, and paid) in APAC to support training programs sign-ups.
