**Compensation & Benefits (C&B**)**:
- Plan, develop, review, renew and implement the Reward policies / schemes / systems (e.g. insurance benefits, payroll, payroll system, etc) across all Airbus entities in Singapore.
- Able to objectively define roles and responsibilities for the Reward Team, Singapore, and define seamless, harmonized and simplified C&B processes for the team (e.g. payroll process, annual C&B campaigns, etc.) and the HR Department
- Kept abreast on the updates of relevant government bodies and legislations such as Central Provision Fund (CPF), Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) etc.
- Lead and manage annual C&B campaigns, e.g. salary benchmarking / review, bonus, incentives, retention schemes, etc.
- Partner closely with Regional Reward Specialist on the topics not limited to job evaluation, job grading, and salary benchmarking.
- Responsible for a full range of C&B and shared services topics; plans, organizes and directs all activities associated with C&B and shared services according to One-Roof Human Resource strategy to support Company’s short and long term business strategies in Singapore.
- Collaboration with HR and relevant stakeholders, to support Business with professional advice, manpower cost budgeting and provisions, from Reward’s perspective.
- Airbus representative at C&B conferences
- Main liaison with government agencies, when needed
**Payroll Operations**:
- Responsible to ensure that monthly payroll process and adhoc annual payment campaigns (e.g. bonus, incentives, etc) are completed accurately, timely, and compliant with HR policies and processes.
- Responsible to ensure business continuity, i.e. continuous back up support to ensure no interruption to payroll operations
- Responsible for the data integrity of the information stored in Airbus system
- Subject matter expert focal point to liaise with internal/external auditor, government agencies, payroll provider or third party when needed
- Knowledgeable and experienced on CPF, Singapore tax regulations and tax principles, e.g. IR8A, IR21, hypothetical tax and CPF calculations, etc,
**Global Mobility Management**:
- Partner closely with Global Mobility Manager, APAC in supporting the Singapore global mobility management operations in Singapore
- Support local mobility scheme payments and compliance (e.g. Field Service Representatives, Local+, etc)
**HR Policy**:
- Responsible to ensure HR Policy system for Airbus in Singapore is current, accurate, and compliant with Ethics & Compliance policy and Airbus Values. There will be a need to work closely with HR stakeholders (e.g. Recruitment, HRBPs, etc) to ensure data integrity.
- Responsible for a full range of HR Policy and Process matter; review, update, plans, organizes and directs all activities associated with HR policy services according to Airbus’ Human Resource strategy to support company’s short and long term business strategy in Singapore

- Possess a broad and forward mindset to define the roles and responsibilities of the Reward Team, Singapore to improve and upskill the team
- Define and implement business continuity plan within the Team
- Evaluate the performance and plan the development career path of team members

**Job Requirements**
- Degree and above in any discipline preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or Economics
- At least 5 years of working knowledge in multiple Human Resource disciplines; with strong experience on compensation & benefits topics such as job evaluation, payroll management, understanding of taxes and social contributions, benefits schemes, etc.
- Highly numeric, analytical mind with sharp attention to detail and excellent statistical skills
- Strong command of Excel to produce quality analysis
- Strong in project management and delegation
