
Regional Channel Manager

We are looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate in developing new account and expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory/product line.
**Responsibilities**:
- To lead sales, strategic account planning and develop comprehensive sales plans
- Manage existing Channel Partners to grow their pipeline activities
- Drive business through identifying and developing effective and scalable new channel partners
- Analyse the territory/market potential and Identify new markets to widen opportunities for new business through designated partners
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline with channel partners to achieve their respective targets
- Work with Product Manager and Solutions Architects to organize partner training sessions, end user sales presentations, field sales support, and post-sale customer follow-up
- Develop a trusted and positive relationship with channel partners' sales team and management
- Work with Product Manager and Marketing team to generate sales activities with channel partners
- Coordinate regional marketing programs, events, and campaigns.
- Provide feedback to the internal team to enhance product development
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related discipline
- Familiar with channel dynamics and have proven sales records of expanding existing accounts and developing new accounts
- Experience in the IT, Software industry will be a great advantage
- Experience in Distribution/ Channel Sales or a desire to develop a channel sales career is preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with ability to influence
- Strong business acumen
- Energetic, self-motivated, result-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic growth environment
- With resourceful channel partners such as System Integrator, Value Added Resellers in the IT domain will be a plus
