Events/office Admin Executive

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Manage the day-to-day general office admin & operations _(payroll/accounting/invoicing/filing) _
- Support on vendor management, procurement of event related products and/or services, as well as office supplies
- Support on vendors and clients' enquiries from time to time
- Support the event team on all administrative and coordination matters and ensuring prompt execution of events, including on-site during events
- Manage travel arrangement from time to time for overseas events _(may be required to support or travel as necessary) _
- Work closely with internal teams and maintain good communication within the project team members
- Other adhoc duties as required
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 3 Year(s) of working experience
- Responsible, Reliable and Organised individual
- Resourceful, Independent and agile to adapt to situations
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Tech savvy
- Note: Company does not have quota to hire foreigners._
