**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for timely and accurate payroll processing and ensuring compliance to statutory regulations.
- Handle yearly income tax and leave administration.
- Participate C&B related matters benchmarking exercise.
- In charge of employee benefits, leave and insurance coverage & renewal.
- Manage employee medical and insurance claims.
- Organize Company functions and staff welfare activities.
- Responsible end to end recruitment process, performance management and off boarding.
- Manage and resolve end-to-end local employee relations matters including conflict, grievances, complaints, performance, conduct and disciplinary issues.
- Manage and monitor foreign workers’ accommodation matters.
- Submit government-paid claims such as NS claim, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Paternity Leave, and other related claims.
- Undertake HR reporting, analysis and produce key HR metrics as required.
- Assist in the implementation of local/ regional HR policies and procedures.
- Other ad-hoc HR duties and initiatives assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in MNC organization.
- Ability to multitask, organized, meticulous and resourceful.
- Well-versed with Singapore Employment Act and HR related practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem
- solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skill.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and provide professional HR knowledge to management and staffs.
- Bilingual (to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking associates)
- Excellent in Microsoft office
