**Responsibilities**:

- Involve in Learning & Development needs of the organisation to elevate the skills and capabilities of our human resources
- Work closely with department leads to conduct training needs analysis to identify, review and close skills or knowledge gaps
- Co-ordinate and administer training and development activities, including management of training database and records including the maintenance of updated Technical Certifications/Skills
- Manage all funding related matters with WSG/SSG
- To partner with tertiary institutions on internships/traineeship programmes to inject manpower and attract future talents to the organisation
- To take charge of our Centre of Excellence (COE) - recruit trainees and work with department leads to develop trainees to meet the objectives of the apprenticeship programs under COE
- To implement regular employees dialogue sessions to communicate Management’s commitment in people development and to reinforce Company Culture

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Min 3 years’ experience in similar role
- Excellent Analytical and Information Management skills
- Disciplined and able to work independently.
- Strong understanding of talent development and competency models, competitive market awareness and online/social media
- Passionate in people development and engagement
- Pleasant and courteous attitude, with strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in English

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
