
Senior HR Executive

The Senior HR Executive will interface between Operations and HR to deliver on the overall HR objective of building an effective, efficient and engaged workforce. You will need to manage people processes, strengthen employer-employee relationship and support the day to day HR functions that value-add the operational effectiveness and efficiency. In addition, you will also be the key contact point for various operations site and provide expertise on HR related matters. This position plays an integral part of the organization, contributing to the smooth operations of our company and overseeing HR support to create a conducive working environment. This position report to the HR Manager
- Provide general HR administration to specific jobsites including maintenance of employee records, work pass renewal/cancellations, checking of monthly attendance, data entry and medical claims processing.
- Do placement of job advertisements in job portals, newspapers and other mediums
- Apply, renew and cancellation of work passes
- Monitor recruitment cost, tracker and update recruitment reports
- Be the main point of contact with regards to employee relations issues.
- Accountable for upkeeping of employee handbook
- Oversee foreign workers employment matters and issues
- Handle housing and accommodation arrangements for foreign workers if necessary
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum diploma, preferably with specialization in Human Resource Management
- At least 5 years in human resource generalist roll is preferred
- Experience in similar scope of work is advantageous
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- Ability to strive in a fast paced, results-oriented environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills combined with self-assurance and confidence.
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
