You will be working for a reputable **retail **market leader who is looking for a HRIS/Change Management Manager to be based in Singapore. With demand increasing, it is seeking to expand and grow a team of people who have a strong passion to be the change driver in its digital transformation efforts.
**Your new role**
Primary Responsibilities:
You will manage a qualified team of executives, managers with varying levels of experience. You will be the key point of contact across all the corporate functions of your digital transformation efforts. You will manage and maintain productive relationships with internal HRBPS, C suite leaders and other corporate leaders to drive change.
You will also be responsible for taking charge of user acceptance testing, creating strategies, plans, scenarios, and collaborating with stakeholders. Monitoring project progress, identifying and addressing risks, issues, and dependencies, proposing effective mitigation plans.
You will be overseeing and driving the implementation of end-to-end HR systems, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with process experts and tech teams to clarify and document business requirements comprehensively. Translating these requirements into user stories, facilitating agile sessions, workshops, and decision-tracking throughout the project.
Work closely with Change Management, HR process owners, and cross-functional stakeholders for seamless execution and communication. Analyse current processes and envision future improvements in line with HR digitalisation and transformation initiatives.
**Qualification and experience required**:
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience of leading transformation and change management with complex processes and tight timelines.
- Highly proficient in leading practices in performance management, leadership development and talent management.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate analysis into actions to meet project objectives.
- Strong engagement planning, independent and meticulous team player who can work under pressure and a tight schedule with mínimal supervision.
