**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of day-to-day HR operations, including Recruitment and Selection, Payroll Administration, Manpower & Succession Planning, Employee Relations and Retention, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Company Policies and Procedures, System Implementation, Staff Welfare etc.
- Cultivate positive company culture through implementing HR initiatives, with a view to increase employee engagement and attract talents while retaining good performers.
- Liaise with external parties, such as auditors, government bodies as & when required
- Conduct annual headcount budgeting together with the line management.
- Prepare management and statutory reports, including budgets as required.
- Ensure efficiency and compliance of HR department’s internal workflow and processes.
- Any other assigned duties from the Higher Management Team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma/ Degree qualification.
- At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the Healthcare sector with supervisory responsibilities.
- Payroll experience is a MUST, preferably using InfoTech system
- Ability to manoeuvre and establish HR structure in ambiguity
- Experience in setting up HR function in start up is a big plus
- Possess positive disposition with a can-do attitude
- Good communication (both written and spoken) and listening skills
