Looking for an energetic and experienced HR Executive for an SME with less than 60 staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, and recommendations for successful placements.
- Responsible for preparation of timely and accurate monthly payroll processing.
- Verify staff attendance record against leave record and shift planning.
- Handle all employee-related services including preparation of employment contracts, promotion/increment/bonus letters, staff confirmation, acceptance of resignation, termination letters etc.
- Administer the performance management exercise annually.
- Tracking list for contract expiry, work pass expiry, probation due for confirmation etc.
- Maintain and update employee records, information and personal files in the HRIS.
- Ensure proper documentation in employee’s p-file.
- Administer staff benefits and claims in accordance with internal HR policies.
- Responsible for processing staff insurance claims and liaise with insurance agent for insurance compensation claim process.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF payments, tax filing for both local and foreign employees.
- Liaise with statutory bodies - IRAS, MOM, CPF, etc. with regards to employees’ remuneration
- Assist with drafting of internal memo and letters.
- Participate in organising of company activities.
- Provide administrative support in the deployment and execution of core and annual HR projects and events.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks / projects that may arise from time to time.
- Maintain a positive employee relationship environment and advise employees on HR policies and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Able to work well independently and as a team.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
- Able to communicate well across all levels

**Working Hours:**
- 44 hours per week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,200.00 - $4,000.00 per month
