**JOB PURPOSE**
As the main point of contact between HR and the business, the HR Executive is an excellent communicator who aligns interests among various stakeholders to promote a cooperative and collaborative work environment. He/she adopts a service excellence mindset and is passionate about addressing organisational and employees' needs and issues.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Employee Relations**
- Provide HR operational support to the business units
**Recruitment** (end to end)
- Handle employee onboarding process and conduct new hire induction
**Performance Management**
- Administer performance appraisal and collate input
**Learning & Development**
- Provide administration of training records and registration of courses
- Liaise with relevant authorities, training providers and Finance department on the funding and payment
- Co-ordinate in-house and external training programmes
**General Administration**
- Liaise with external vendors on office administration matters
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in full spectrum of HR functions
- A team player who is able to work independently
- Meticulous and possess a high level of integrity
- Good knowledge of Employment Act & Labor Law
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Possess good computer skills (MS Office)
- Prior experience with HRIS system, preferably Mecwise
This is a 4 months contract position covering staff on maternity leave.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 4 months
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
