
Operations Manager/assistant Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- In charge of overall scheduling and fulfilment of clients’ requests.
- Ensure operational efficiency including smooth day-to-day operations.
- Respond pro-actively to prevent or resolve operational issues as and when it arises.
- Work with human resource to maintain healthy workforce strength, employee development and performance appraisals.
- Orientate employees on work expectations and on-site familiarization.
- Prepare management reporting and updates, organization operations handbook and policies.
- Manage escalation of any workforce enquiry or disciplinary issues.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or equivalent with minimum 3 years in operations, preferably in supervisory role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to make decisions quickly based on available resources.
- Able to communicate well and convey instructions to employees of different profile.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: From $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
