The Regional Business Growth Lead for Singapore will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies focused on key clients in the Singapore region in the warehousing and logistics sector.

Key responsibilities:

- Formulate annual business development plan (with semi-annual targets) in close collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify investment opportunities in warehousing and logistics sectors.
- Maintain a portfolio of 30-50 accounts in Singapore and keep them engaged, ensuring regular communication to encourage investments in projects
- Identify and attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows in Singapore to network and promote the company’s services.
- Actively track client accounts and monitor new opportunities for the Indian market.
- Conduct thorough market research on the advanced Singapore logistics and warehousing sector to identify trends, innovations, and best practices.
- Maintain a lead tracker on CRM platform for real-time monitoring of leads and client engagement.
- Regularly review and manage leads, ensuring adherence to follow-up processes.
- Engage in discussions with prospective clients regarding leasing terms and negotiate commercial deals that align with the company’s objectives and financial targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client site visits and prepare proposals based on internal approval.
