About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing new business and driving growth in our region.
As a Regional Business Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in servicing our existing international clients, building relationships with them, and identifying new opportunities for growth. You will work closely with our sales and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services and to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing existing accounts, including responding to enquiries, providing quotations/proposals, following up on converting and extending quotations, keeping contact health for VIPs, and regularly reaching out to all contacts in your account to keep mindshare.
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, including identifying new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with our technical subject-matter experts across services.
- Managing customer interaction and change management, following up on customer/student feedback, identifying and contracting required partners for service delivery, managing projects/events at the location, and developing, customizing, and/or improving marketing material for platforms and services.
