Business Expansion Specialist

This role is perfect for a highly motivated and resourceful self-starter who can establish business opportunities in the APAC region.

We are looking for someone who can work closely with management to set regional business development strategies, goals, and deliverables to align with our objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate periodic strategic work plans and/or related policies.
  • Champion growth initiatives by leading efforts to expand our footprint within the region.
  • Keep abreast of new developments in the industry and competitive strategies at a regional level.
  • Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
  • Follow-up on marketing leads and secure potential sales opportunities.
  • Build valuable connections and expose yourself to diverse cultures.
  • Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships and networks with clients.
  • Identify client challenges, business needs, and objectives to structure feasible solutions/proposals.
  • Develop and refine negotiation and pitching strategies by keeping up to date with best practices.
  • Manage, adapt, and overcome any challenges that arise.

Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to promote our company's profile and enhance its brand by participating/coordinating in trade fairs, exhibitions, events, or relevant business development initiatives.

You will be responsible for presenting sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management.

We also encourage continuous improvement in self-research, learning, and readiness on new markets, products, and solutions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
