The Client Success Executive/Account Executive role is a pivotal position responsible for managing inbound sales inquiries from educational institutions and corporate clients across the APAC region.
This includes qualifying leads, understanding client needs, and guiding prospects through the full sales cycle from initial engagement to contract closure. The ideal candidate will be adept at:
- Managing a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion.
- Delivering tailored product presentations and proposals that address sector-specific challenges and goals.
- Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Executing targeted sales initiatives to drive regional growth and customer engagement.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with exposure to both education and corporate sectors preferred.
- End-to-end account servicing and inbound sales management experience.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate the value of learning technologies in different organizational contexts.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other regional languages is an advantage.
